Trauma Venus

These sculptures are tokens of the commemoration of each woman who has suffered trauma and violence. A plight of woman throughout all of society. The statues have holes in the head that represent the words and feelings that slowly weaken the mind, much like wood termites. There will be a number of the statues that will continue to grow in throughout the year as a continuous project. They will be fired and glazed in red a colour associated with women.
